“No Show” – no refund granted

RV/Tent Site: If reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival and the reservation is for less than 14 days, an administration fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. If the reservation is 14 days to 29 days you must cancel at least 30 days prior to your stay and will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Extended Stay: Any stay is equivalent to an entire month; i.e. February 28 days or 30 days or longer. Cancellations must be made 91 days in advance of your arrival date – full refund less $150 administration fee. Less than 90 days, deposit may be pushed forward 1 year from original arrival date or will be forfeited minus the $150 cancellation fee.

Annuals that leave prior to fulfilling lease will have their rate adjusted to the monthly rate for their site per current pricing and an additional $100 will be added.

Late Arrivals or Early Departure: No refund will be granted. Modifications can be made for like months and lengths of stay.

We will make every attempt to fulfill your request for a specific site but cannot guarantee it unless you have paid the $125.00 fee to lock in your site. This is non refundable.

Guarantee your choice of site for an $125 locking fee for reservations for one month or longer. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Pets upon approval by management. Must be quiet, friendly & leashed.
