Park Rules

All cancellations require 30 days’ notice to receive a refund.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less before arrival: $25 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14–28 days before arrival: $50 cancellation fee.

Extended stays over 29 days: $150 cancellation fee.

Reservations may be moved up to one year without losing deposits. Guests should call the office for more information.

Extended Stay: Any stay is equivalent to an entire month; i.e. February 28 days or 30 days or longer. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of your arrival date – full refund less $150 administration fee. Less than 30 days, deposit may be pushed forward 1 year from original arrival date or will be forfeited minus the $150 cancellation fee.

Annuals that leave prior to fulfilling lease will have their rate adjusted to the monthly rate for their site per current pricing and an additional $100 will be added.

Late Arrivals or Early Departure: No refund will be granted. Modifications can be made for like months and lengths of stay.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

We will make every attempt to fulfill your request for a specific site but cannot guarantee it unless you have paid the $125.00 fee to lock in your site. This is non refundable.

Pets upon approval by management. Must be quiet, friendly & leashed.
