Extended Stay Incentives
- Stay Jan, Feb, and March and one additional month and receive $225 off the last month.

- All stays one month or longer will be charged for electricity.
- Unless noted, all stays include water.
- Management has the right to surcharge any resident found to be wasting water.
- Summer Holiday Bookings will be charged at the “Shoulder Season Rate”.
- Guarantee your choice of site for an $125 locking fee for reservations for one month or longer. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE.
Deposits
- Daily Stay–A deposit for your first night.
- Weekly Stay–One week in advance is required.
- Monthly Stay–Two weeks in advance is required.
- Extended Stay – One month in advance is required.
- We will make every attempt to fulfill your request for a specific site but cannot guarantee it unless you have paid, the $125.00 fee to lock in your site. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE.
