Life at Myakka River RV Resort runs at your pace. Fish off the bank before breakfast. Cool off in the heated pool while the afternoon sun is overhead. Let the dog loose in the dog park while you figure out what to do with a whole gorgeous evening. All 81 sites are full hookup with 30/50-amp service, concrete pads, and picnic tables, pull-throughs included. North Port Is a pretty great launching pad for Florida adventure. Myakka River State Park next door means kayaking through cypress-lined waterways, hiking with herons, and wildlife viewing. Drive south and you’ll run into Venice Beach. Sarasota is worth the trip up the trail for its food scene, the Ringling Museum, and a waterfront that delivers on the postcard promise.
